1. The marketplace
RobotMarketplaces.com is a venue connecting buyers with independent vendors. Except where we are identified as the seller, the contract of sale is between you and the vendor.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Vendor accounts require verification before listing.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated otherwise.
4. Returns and warranties
Warranty terms are set by the vendor and shown on each listing. Statutory rights are unaffected.
5. Prohibited use
No unlawful use, no misrepresentation of products, no export of controlled goods contrary to applicable law.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid through the marketplace in the twelve months preceding the claim.
