This policy explains what RobotMarketplaces.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is a starting template and should be reviewed by counsel before you rely on it.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email and role, held by our identity provider (Logto) on our behalf.
- Order data — what you bought, when, and the delivery address you supplied.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a payment confirmation and the last four digits of the card; we never receive or store the full card number.
- Usage data — pages viewed and searches run, used to improve the catalogue.
Why we collect it
To operate the marketplace: authenticate you, process orders, prevent fraud, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Vendors receive the information needed to fulfil your order. Our processors — Logto (identity), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting) — process data under contract on our instructions.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Write to hello@robotmarketplaces.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
